I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms, despite needing some redecorating, were spacious and clean, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. The service, especially from the assistant manager, was exceptional, making us feel right at home. The location, although a bit overpriced and tired-looking, was perfect for our concert at the Motorpoint arena. Overall, a mix of positives and areas for improvement.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The location was impressive, within walking distance of key attractions, but the rooms lacked some amenities we expected. The hotel's location couldn't have been better, just across from the Motorpoint Arena and within walking distance of the shopping center. The hotel had decent rooms, accommodating disabled parking, and my mobility scooter on the first floor, but it was very noisy until late at night. The service, particularly from Ryan, was amazing and very polite and helpful, although not always visible in reception. The location was excellent for our gig at the motorpoint arena, easy to access and nicely air-conditioned. The dining experience was good with plenty of choices but somewhat chaotic at times. Overall, the hotel offers globally inspired dishes and decent facilities.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were a bit tired and shabby but very clean, suitable for a short stay, and quiet when the window was closed. However, they were noisy, and the beds were very hard with a Winter Quilt during the summer. The service was lovely and very helpful, especially with keeping our cases safe. The location was convenient, near the city center, shops, pubs, and restaurants. The dining was average but reasonably priced. The hotel offered basic facilities with no standout features.
